1. Q:  How can I obtain product information and quotations?

2. Q：What other products can be paired with roof top tents? 

A:  You can purchase a full container load that includes shower tents and side awnings along with roof top tents. Of course, it can also be paired with related outdoor products such as cooler  boxes and camping tables and chairs.

3. Q:  What are the lead times for samples and bulk orders? 

A:  For samples, it usually takes 7-15 days depending on the product, while bulk orders generally require 30-45 days.

4. Q:  For the products we have ordered, we are unable to visit the factory in person to inspect the goods. Can you provide the corresponding inspection service?

A:  Certainly. We will conduct a detailed inspection of each order. When loading the goods into the container, we will also make detailed records and provide the corresponding photos and documents.

5. Q:  Do you provide customized services for customers?

  A:  Yes, we can customize the product color according to customers' needs, print customers' LOGO on our products, and also improve our products as per customers' requirements.

6. Q:  Do you offer the service of sourcing additional products for customers apart from your existing product range?
